Will feral pigs aid or threaten landscape-scale nature recovery, understanding their genetics, ecology and public perceptions.
PhD objectives:
- Explore the ecological role of Sus scrofa in landscape scale nature recovery.
- Explore the hybrid nature of feral pigs in Scotland and if this impacts their ecology and/or affects public perception.
- Explore the key themes and influences over stakeholder opinion on Sus scrofa.
