But it’s not just about the technicalities – we’ll also delve into the art of using social media inclusively, with a focus on how to make sure you create accessible and diverse content for a variety of audiences, taking their needs and requirements into consideration for everything you do. Sam Langford

Sam (He/Him) is an award winning LGBTQIA+ science communicator, public engagement consultant, producer, event coordinator & content creator.

He creates high quality, inclusive experiences for public audiences and is an advocate for hybrid events. He is passionate about using games for engagement, including board games, TTRPGs and escape rooms and is the social media manager for Festival of the Spoken Nerd and Science & Sorcery. His past work has included the creation of the viral sensation, Global Science Show which encouraged anyone, anywhere, to share a little slice of science across social media, and Science is a Drag!, an online series of events celebrating the queer side of STEM.
