NatureScot Marine Policy Workshop

Postgraduates (Masters students and PGRs) are invited to take part in an interactive and informative workshop centering around marine policy with the NatureScot Marine Ecosystems Team, facilitated by the MASTS/SUPER Graduate School.
The session topics for the half-day will be:
Designing a monitoring plan for harbour porpoise; a protected feature of the Inner Hebrides and the Minches SAC
Using data to inform marine spatial management: Can community and industry monitoring help increase our monitoring potential?
Marine Indicators: What do we need to know?
Opportunities with NatureScot (MSc summer research project ideas and placement/internship opportunities for PGRs).
