How to Engage with Stakeholders Workshop

This free workshop will focus on the process of identifying key stakeholders, evaluating stakeholder interests and influence, approaching engagement with different groups of stakeholders and discussing the risks and benefits that can arise from stakeholder engagement.

The session will be led by Dr Hannah Lee, a recent MASTS graduate. Following her PhD on blue carbon and shellfish beds Hannah has been working with the charity Plantlife on the Dynamic Dunescapes project in Wales. As the Wales People Engagement Officer Hannah engages with stakeholders from across the project to raise awareness of sand dunes as a space for exploration and education and support sand dune conservation activities across the project’s 12 sites. However, this broad workshop will be applicable across all fields.
