Careers Event and CV Workshop

SUPER is delighted to offer a careers skills session with Laurie Macpherson which will cover:

• Different types of roles/funding and where to find them;
• How to apply for a role, i.e., CV, application form, UKRI CV;
• Analysis of job adverts and how to read job specifications; and
• Evidence (including that gained completing PG Cert) and how to present this to show how you fit the role.

There will also be a live opportunity to practice matching evidence for currently advertised roles in academia, research, and industry and a CV workshop will be held post-event with the MASTS/SUPER team.

We are offering places at £50 pp, which will be funded through your TSG. If you are interested, please sign up via MS Forms by noon on Friday 27 October. We need at least 10 sign-ups for the session to go ahead.
